Taxes and the stimulus checks are different things. As of today, the IRS has not declared any changes to payments, penalties, or interest for prior year tax year.

We are in a Uncollectable Status.

We do not yet have any guidance for the Covid-19 Stimulus plan. I apologize but nobody will be able to answer that question for you as of yet.
