I only received my federal refund direct deposited. My state return (Oregon) is completely absent. How do I correct this?

My fees for filing were deducted from the federal refund, but I only received that amount. I'm short the entire state refund and it's been several weeks since then. When can I expect to get my state refund direct deposited?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
