I need to report my card lost

Are you referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card?

 

For help with the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you'll need to contact the folks at the Card's customer service, which is separate from TurboTax.

 

If you established a Turbo Card online account, see this about reporting a lost card in your online account and getting a new card.

You said you forgot your User ID and password.  If that refers to your online Turbo Card account, see this image:

Otherwise, here's the contact information for the Card's customer service, but they are overwhelmed today with thousands of people calling about the economic stimulus deposits.  So you may just get a recording that says to "try later."

If you do eventually reach their full automated system, it will ask for your 16-digit card number (if you know it.)  If you don't, it will ask for SSN.  But don't enter it.   Keep listening.  One of the options will be "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received."    Choose that.

Then at next menu listen for "to report as lost", and choose that.   Then follow the prompts.

I think since the system is overwhelmed they need to come up with a way that we can fix the issues. I can't even figure out how to change my password.  I can't access my account because I no longer have that phone number or can't even access my old email account because I forgot the email password. And with all of this I can't reach anyone!

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.

LOST CARD

 

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
