I need to claim the 3rd Economic Relief Credit of $1400. It was due to me but I never received it. Failed to claim on 2021 taxes due to my own fault. How to claim 2024

Just unsure how to claim it but my tax record for 2021 shows it was due to be paid out, but wasnt claimed.

You will have to amend the 2021 tax return you filed for the Recovery Rebate Credit.

Also, verify that the IRS did not already send you the $1,400 payment in 2021 by checking your IRS tax account - https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-account-for-individuals
