I need to amend my 2020 return, but I used TurboTax free file. How Amending a prior year return is not currently supported by IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax

Amend (change) 2020 return

How am I supposed to Amend this return?

I did this the other day call then click on the help they will call you back to walk you through it

Thank you so much! If you're able to confirm, I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. They told me to purchase TurboTax 2021, download it, upload my .tax file for 2021, then I can go through the amendment. But I have to print it out and mail it afterwards. Does this sound correct?
