I need my information in Turbo Tax to reflect my original tax return. The dollar amounts need to match so I can amend.

I went in and was playing with my information as I accidentally claimed a dependent that my ex was suppose to claim.  Now I am trying to amend and I cannot get my original dollar amounts to match my original return.  How can I revert back?
