TurboTax does not have access to any taxpayer tax forms, W-2 or Form 1099's.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for importing a Form 1099 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/import-1099s/L2hPcduMb_US_en_US?uid=lflgp2ca

If there was a 1099-R that was downloaded, it would appear in your tax return.

  • If you have login access to Edward Jones and/or LPL, you can use that login to find information.
  • If you do not have login access, I suggest you contact the broker and have them provide it for you.
  • You will probably need access to both to confirm if there were any transactions in either location.
  • LPL may be missing Basis and date acquired from securities that were transferred.
  • If you contact Edward Jones, you may want to get a transcript of the account that was moved over.
