I mailed in my 1040 Fed & State (March 15). I asked to see the Fed status. Using Turbo & using IRS on line info & no record of my return being received. Is this okay?

Yes, it's ok. It may take a few more days to show up on the Where's My Refund? site due to some IRS services being limited at this time.
