There is an extra step with Max Benefits before you can file with your foreign mailing address.
From @Critter:
This can be resolved by temporarily changing your information under Personal Info, then changing it back before filing your return.
If you have a foreign address, enter the U.S. billing address for the card you're trying to use.
(If you have only one letter as your first name, change this to your full first name, as shown on your social security card).
If you've followed the above steps and you continue to get the error message, it can be resolved by removing the MAX Benefits from your order, which will allow you to file.
Note: If you choose to remove the MAX bundle and file, you will not be able to order it later.
Thank you!
I can't find any way to remove max benefits. Where can that be accomplished?
I already paid for it so it says I can't remove it.
A little frustrating because I have made my payment already and now a technical problem on the site makes it impossible for me to file my taxes!

Because I am living abroad when I try to talk to someone, they do not accept my phone number.
If I call, it will be a really expensive phone call. And I'm just paying so that they can resolve a technical flaw related to payments from abroad.
I don't think I should have to pay to call them so they can fix this.
It is very frustrating - I already paid!
There are no other options.
Can I communicate with someone by email or online chat so I don't end up paying extra for a technical issue on their side?
