I haven’t received my turbo visa debit card yet is it too late to have my tax return sent to my bank instead?

If you have already filed your return, you are not able to make any changes. If your return happens to get rejected, you can update your bank account before re-submitting your return as well as update the issue that caused the rejection.

 

It can take up to 10 business days excluding holidays to receive your card in the mail. Visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

I tried calling and was on hold for over an hour and 10 minutes before I gave up!

If it is past 10 business days and you have not received your card, please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options. You can also click the link below for information regarding not receiving your Turbo Visa Debit Card:

Don't have my card either keeps getting returned you have my correct adress,can you fed ex it ,I'm out of work due to coronavirus I need my money now

Please click the link below for assistance with express delivery of your TurboTax Visa Debit Card. When you call the phone number, don't choose option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options.

This is becoming ridiculous it’s been over a month I’ve been trying to receive my card. I talked to someone the first week I didn’t receive it and now it’s like there’s no one to talk to. I would like my card as soon as possible or I’m calling my lawyer.

It is too late to change your direct deposit information once your return has been accepted.   What is the status of your tax return on Where's My Refund?     Has your refund been approved to be sent to your card yet?

Yes i still have not been able to speak with any body to file a despute about charges on my card when i never recieved my card
