I haven't received my refund from YOU. I paid with my fed refund. Per IRS, my refund was lowered & is being held by YOUR bank. When am I going to get my money from you?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

 

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

As indicated, TT never sees your refund.  The bank is an independent, third party one that TT and many other tax software companies use to handle Pay with Refund.  It is not owned by TT or Intuit.
