I have not received my state refund. What can I do? I have checked NC website and signed into to check the status, but it is still in stage 1 since February 19.

Contact the state department of revenue to find out the status of the state refund.

Same here!! It'll be 8 weeks on the 21st, and it STILL says it's in STAGE 1!!! Talk about frustrating
