I have been unable o acces NY state on Turbo Tax site to do my state taxes. I am using Turbos Tax deluxe. Anyone else having this problem?

I have spent 3+ hours on the phone with 2 different Turbo experts

You can try this workaround to be able to access the state return.

Yes, The answer was that there is a TT  software error that cannot be corrected for NY STate taxes so I am returning the software for a refund and using a competitor for my taxes.

This problem withTT can not be solved. It is a TT software problem between NY and TT and has been a problem since 2021. There are no solutions other than file Federal on-line and State by mailing a hand copy. You need to use another Tax service that does work. I did and have filed both Federal and NY State on-line.
