I got to the end of my return and its saying e-file is ineligible because "at least two of the four witholding & wage amounts on w-2 statment have the same dollar amounts

This may occur if you have boxes in your W-2s that have less than 50 cents in them, in which case TurboTax rounds them down. You might try changing the cents in one of the boxes, which won't have a material effect on your return but could resolve the issue.
