I got form 44444 from employer for tax yr 2019. It states previously income on w-2 was incorrect. do i need to do an amended return?

What you got is a W-2C  meaning it is a Corrected W-2 form so depending on what was changed you may need to amend your return if you already filed  AND   the IRS has fully processed your return.
