Can anyone help me out tell me why I didn't receive my why I didn't receive my thousand dollar refund my TurboTax card

Have you checked your email (junk mail box included) to see if you received an email from Turbo Tax? This will have additional information concerning how to access your refund advance virtually without the card. Also, you will need to contact the Turbo Tax Prepaid Card customer service number here: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us
There appears to be a few thousand people including me that were told this and haven't received anything.... they approve you then u pay to file then you never receive the advanced loan .
Check your return to make sure it includes a copy of the Refund Advance. If it doesn’t, you likely didn’t go through all the steps, or you accidentally selected another payment method that will automatically cancel your Refund Advance application.
You have three options to select from to receive your refund:
-Within one hour with Refund Advance.
-Up to 5 days early with Credit Karma Money.
-Up to 21 days with Direct Deposit.

I'm sure I clicked on the advanced loan, because it's the only reason I filed with turbo tax in the 1st place... after doing taxes said my total refund.. minus the $2000 advanced loan and minus the $139 for filing taxes.. and the remainder amount would be deposited into my credit karma account within 21 days of it being accepted by IRS.. .
Please confirm that the Refund Advance is listed on your tax forms.
