No. TurboTax never mails tax returns for you. You have to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it yourself.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
As mentioned by @xmasbaby0 , you will have to mail in the previous year tax return. You can obtain a copy of previous year tax returns prepared with TurboTax by logging into your TurboTax account. On your home page look for Your tax returns & documents. When you click on the drop down arrow, you will see where you can pick the year for the return you want to retrieve.
