If you tried to e-file again to report the additional W-2, it has not been reported.  You cannot e-file more than once.

If you amended your return, prepared the amended return, printed the return, signed it and filed by mail, then yes, you will get the additional refund.

If you did not amend the return, what you do now will depend on the status of your e-file.

If your e-file is rejected, you can simply go back in, make sure your additional W-2 is still in your return,  fix the rejection error, then refile your return.

If your e-file is accepted, you will need to amend your return.  However, before you start amending, you need to remove the changes you made after e-filingYour refund/balance due amounts must match the amounts from your e-filed return.

Please click here for instructions on how to amend your return.  You can click on the year 2017.

The tax calculator on Turbo Tax resets to zero when you start the amendment process.  So, once you start the amended return, make your changes, any amount showing in the tax calculator is the amount of additional refund or taxes due.

You need to wait until you have received your original refund, if you are expecting one, before mailing your amended return!

Be sure before you amend the return that you return your information to match your original e-file.  You only need to amend once.  You will be prompted to print your return.  The first page will have your instructions on filing.  Be sure to sign and date the Form 1040X.  The instructions will also tell you where to mail the forms.
