I filed my taxes already and it said I qualified for the refund advance so I did it. The IRS accepted my return on 1/24 and I have not received any advance or info!

If it's been more than 48 hours since the IRS acceptance and you didn’t receive an email, please reach out to Credit Karma here: 833-588-0232 and select option 3 for help 

 

If approved, your Refund Advance will be deposited into your Credit Karma Money TM Spend (checking) account, typically within 1 hour after the IRS acceptance of your e-filed federal return. Then it would be available to spend within 48-72 hours.

Please give updates on what you find out as the same thing has happened to me.  My return was accepted on the 21st and still nothing.

I have reached out to Credit Karma and they responded to me by telling me they are at the receiving end and that I would need to contact Turbo Tax for any information about the advance!! I feel like I am getting the run around here and I never would have signed  up to get a Credit Karma "money account" if it wasn't for this advance I would have stuck to getting the refund deposited on my bank account! It has been over a week now since the IRS accepted my federal and for me not to have received anything about my advance at all is just ridiculous!  I have filed with Turbo for years and after this I am not sure if I will again. If someone can actually HELP me please do!

Credit karma said to contact TurboTax. Neither company has helped me.
