I Filed my tax for 2019 already. But I received a notice from the IRS for form 1095-A and completed form 8962. I am not sure where to get form 8962. Please help?

I have form 1095A but not 8962.

The 1095-A is issued to you by the marketplace insurance you had last year ... you must get it from them.  Start here :  https://www.healthcare.gov/contact-us/

 

Then to populate the 8962 you can either do it manually or  use the amendment process :
