In order to file on line or on my computer, I still need to recover the information error 190 is preventing access too. Do you have a phone number where we can speak by phone.

You are not able to file an amended return online. It needs to be printed and mailed. Please see the TurboTax FAQ How do I amend my 2018 TurboTax Online return? for instructions.

They still need to get around the Error 190 and open the return to see exactly what to amend. The question hasn't been answered. I'm interested in the answer as I have the same issue.
