OK, I am assuming you are asking about the processing of your return & refund. Was your return(s) accepted?  If your return(s) were accepted, TurboTax does not get any other information once a return is accepted.  Only the IRS and/or State would know why you have not received your refund.

If you have a State refund, you can check the status of your refund on your State's website.
