TurboTax updates what stage your return is in and the IRS site updates when you can expect your refund:
Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.
It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates.
Please see below for more information on what accepted means:

I filed same day, and was accepted the 2nd as well. I haven't received mine either, and my bars are gone too.
To get the most accurate date for your refund, please go to Where's My Refund. You can also click here to see a chart with estimated refund dates based on the date your return was accepted by the IRS. Some 2019 Federal Refunds will be delayed due to the Path Act. Please click here for more information regarding the Path Act. Once 21 calendar days have passed since your return was accepted, you can reach out to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return. If you call any sooner they will tell you to call back after 21 days. Please click here for contact information.
