I failed to activate my 2020 Turbo Tax. Error msg: All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603 Which is not true. What should I do?

I vaguely remember in 2021, I encountered a similar error msg but was able to activate it thru various attempts. Could you please show me how? Thanks!!!

My problem is not solved yet. I am travelling, unable to call TurboTax via Int'l dial. Could TurboTax help me solve it? I think was asked to reinstall a few times before, exhausting my 5 activation codes.

Thanks! If I wait till I can call TurboTax Customer Support in two weeks time, would they help me resolved it for free?

It depends on your version of Turbo Tax; for example the Free Edition will require an upgrade for phone support.
