If you have not e-filed yet, you can use the steps provided below to delete or make changes:

  • Use the Search tool located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. For example, if you were needing to enter a 1099-R, you would enter 1099R in the search bar. If you see “Jump to” in the search results, click on it and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • You can try clicking on Tax Tools and then clicking on Tools.
  • The Tools Center popup will display. Here you will have two options (Topic Search or Topic List). In Topic Search you will have to enter a keyword to search for, and in Topic List you can select a section of your return you would like to revisit.

Please respond back here if this does not resolve your issue.

I have the same question and used your advice. It's a no go. When using the search function, "Other Deductions and Credits/Other Deductible Expenses", no help arrives to answer the question.  There's no "Jump to" link either. When you try to "Update" from the summary page, you get, "Did you pay any generation-skipping taxes"? No way to edit or delete!!! One other thing that I have found that I don't care for in TT2022, is the inability to copy and paste thru much of the application. I've attached a pic of what I see when I click the "Tools" button. There's no Tax Tools, just "Tools". I have searched thru the "Topics List", under the "Tools" button and found what I thought would get me help. But when I clicked on it, it took me straight to "Did you pay any generation-skipping taxes"? It would also be great if there was a search button in the "Topic List". I need to edit or delete that entry and I don't know where to go from here. Any additional help will be appreciated.
