To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.
On the Tax Home webpage -
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

What exactly are you trying to do----why are you trying to "load" old returns to the "new online service"? You are too late to start a new 2022 online return. Online software is closed for beginning new returns. The deadline to start a new 2022 return was October 16, 2023. You will not be able to start a new 2023 tax return until the new 2023 software becomes available in lat November/early December..
What do you mean by the "new online service"? TurboTax Online is the same as it's been for many years. If you used TurboTax Online in previous years you have to sign in with the same user ID in order to see your old tax returns.
In previous years did you use the CD/Download TurboTax software installed on your own computer, not TurboTax Online? If so, the old returns are saved on the computer that you used to prepare them. They are not in TurboTax Online and there is no way to "load" them into TurboTax Online.
