The IRS issues most refunds within 21 days of your return being accepted.

TurboTax tracks whether your federal tax return as been accepted or rejected, and gives an estimate on when you can expect to receive your tax refund.  Please see the following TurboTax FAQ for information on tracking your federal refund:

To determine the exact status of your state tax refund, you will need to track your refund by clicking your state below for tax refund lookup instructions.

You can follow these steps to contact the IRS about your return:  Call the IRS at this number: 800-829-0582 (IRS phone support) Press 1 for English, then enter extension 652.

Please see my previous answer as to why you may have received less of a refund than you were expecting:

You can track the status of your tax refund on the IRS Where's My Refund site. You will need your SSN, filing status, and exact refund amount. The Where's My Refund site has the most up-to-date information regarding the status of your tax return and a specific date of when to expect your refund.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ When will I get my IRS refund? for more information.

Also, the IRS is also experiencing delays in processing returns due to a later than usual start to the tax season, a backlog of mailed returns, and current tax season returns.
