I did my 2021 return with Turbo Tax, but haave not yet printed it off and mailed. Why can't I do that now? Also I need a copy of all my returns since 2018.

You have to pay your TurboTax fees in order to print the return.  Then you need to sign it and date it ink and mail it in.  E-filing is closed for 2021 returns.

 

Your past year returns including the unfiled 2021 return can be found using the same account and user ID you used when you prepared them.

 

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Yes, I know I have to pay the fee in order to finish the 2021 returns. I don't see any way to do that. It is not an option an just keeps sending me back to the original page regardless of which link I click on.
