I can’t log into my turbo card how do I check my balance

The Turbo Visa Debit Card app/website is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.

  • Is there any way I could get assistance unlocking my turbo debit card account? I have all relevant info and would have no problems but I am unable to get ahold of anyone able to assist me.

I've tried everything to log in and text to check my balance nothing is working

My card says restricted. I can't login to my account online. I try "forgot username" and it prompts me to enter in my personal info. Once I do that, it says try again later. I try and call, it hangs up! Whats going on!!!

You can request a replacement card by logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.

You can contact customer service. Contact us. You can call (888) 285-4169.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

No one in this user forum can access your Visa account or help with it.
