Did you purchase desktop software with state software included?  They sell Deluxe both with and without state software--so you have to be careful which one you choose.  And even if it does have the state software download included, that is for preparing the state.  There is an extra fee to e-file the state.  You can avoid the $24.99 state e-file fee if you print and

mail the state instead of e-filing it.

I bought the premier version from Costco and prepped my taxes. It is asking me to pay $90 for Federal and $50 for CA state Filing. Isn't my Federal Filing fee included when I buy this software?

@Urfi Are you using online by mistake--we have been seeing that happen--what you describe sounds like that is what you did.

If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

Shucks, I have already paid for the Online payment of $140.. How can I get a refund on that? I do have the SW disk I purchased from Costco with the license key. I haven't filed my taxes yet (pressing that button was the next step). How do I get refund of $140, how do I rectify this?

@Urfi Oh no--you paid for the online software?  But you did not e-file?  Do not do that yet.  if you  file you will really be stuck.  You may still be able to salvage this if you can get through to customer support and switch it to the desktop program.

To call TurboTax customer support

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263-what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number

They are available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time

If you are getting a tax refund, you do not have to worry about the deadline on July 15.  Missing the deadline will not be a problem if you are getting a refund.  I am worried about how hard it might be for you to get through to customer support on deadline day.

I am currently inputting all my data on the Desktop Version. I will NOT file using the on-line version, and If Turbo Tax doesn't refund me -- I will just tell the credit card company I never used the online product -- and since I never filed, I did not use their product.

I was on hold for 6.5 hours on the Customer service line today, and then they just disconnected me. If I don't finish my taxes, I still need to file for extension (I am getting a refund). I had a friend who was getting a refund, and he didn't file - he got hit with a penalty! So always file/ask for extension by due date

You didn't provide any details otherwise, so I assume your issue is the same as the thread title; i.e, a Costco purchase and a prompt to pay "some fee" again.  Exactly what product did you purchase from Costco??

Did you purchase a download or a CD and what edition?   If it was Deluxe, is it the Deluxe "with state" or "without state?"

What exactly is it asking you to pay for now?   If you bought desktop software (CD/download) from Costco, did you use Online TurboTax by mistake instead of the installed software?   If so, it would now try to charge you for Online TurboTax.

Or are you referring to a $20 state efile fee in the desktop product?

Or did you purchase  TurboTax LIVE from Costco, which is the version that uses Online TurboTax with the help of a CPA/EA tax expert?   That's a new product sold for the first time this year at Costco.   It would be called Live Deluxe, Live Premier, or Live Self-Employed.
