I been waiting for a whole month for my TurboTax card with my tax refund money on there. It’s only supposed too take 21 days where is my ***** at I’m starting too be impatient an I can’t

Have you received your card in the mail? If not and it's has been longer than 10 business days  (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days) since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 Follow these steps:

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

Now, the refund will not be posted to your card until it has been approved and sent by the IRS and/or your state office. Where’s My Refund? has the most up to date information available about your refund. The tool is updated daily (usually overnight) so you will just usually need to check once a day.

The IRS reports that they issue 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.

If you are concerned and it's been over 21 days since your tax return was accepted by the IRS and you decide to call them here are some tips when contacting the IRS at 1-800-829-1040:

  • First choose your language. 
  • Then do not choose the first choice regarding REFUND, or it will send you to an automated phone line.
  • Instead, press 2 for personal income tax questions.
  • Then press 1 for form, tax history, or payment.  
  • Then press 3 for all other questions.
  • Then press 2 for all other questions to be transferred to an agent

I've been waiting for 2 months now for the same issue. I've called and they said it got returned to sender and then resent it and still nothing. Now when I call the automated system says it got returned again and apparently this happens alot it's not my address that's the issue. I'm getting very frustrated.  The automated system hangs up on me afterward it tells me it's got returned so I can't even talk to anyone

When you call the automated number, please select the option your return has been deposited onto a card you do not own. This will allow you to get connected with the fraud department where a live agent is happy to assist you.

I'm still waiting on my card also.   I have recieved plenty of e-mails from Turbo to activate it......but I won't until I actually have the **bleep** thing in hand.

All I know is that I will NOT be using Turbo tax again in the future.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received, enter SS# when prompted and continue following the instructions.
