I am having trouble accessing last years return- I need to get my AGI number to finish this years return. Had to create new profile to file this year. Help!

I have used Turbo Tax for years.  I got an email saying my user name was enclosed, ready to go.  However, I couldn't remember my password, so I tried all of the fields used to find username/password.  Turbo Tax did not recognize my email address, SS#, DOB, or any of it- kept coming back that there was no user found.  Very frustrating since they had been sending me email for years at the address it now claims it couldn't find.  I tried to find a way to contact TT in person, but you have made that nearly impossible.  I need the information on my Adjusted Gross from last years return to complete my current return.  In order to file, I had to create a new account. I need someone to help me find my return from last year so I can complete this years return.

Since you've been using TurboTax Online, you'll likely want access to your old account and returns.

To recover your account, follow the steps in this link:

Since it sounds like you may have already tried those options, here's a link to contact TurboTax. Select TurboTax Online and you'll see a phone number listed at the end.

If you're starting over and just want your previous return, you can request one from the IRS:
