I am getting a mortgage and the underwriter is telling me they have no record of my 2019 filed taxes. I have confirmation from Turbo Tax and receipt from IRS. Help?

Already checked the IRS.gov site...they have no record.  I have the confirmation that my taxes were accepted and the receipt from the IRS that my payment was received.  Anyone else have this problem?  How was it resolved?

You may have multiple accounts. Please refer to the article below to see how many accounts you have.

I actually get the message from the previous filings that say..."congrats, you have filed with Turbo Tax for 8 consecutive years.  Lets carry last years information over and get started."

It shows when it was filed, what my AGI was, how much I paid, etc.  I also have the receipt of the money being withdrawn from my account.  When I go to the IRS site...it says "no record of 2019 filing".   The bank will not process my mortgage until they get a copy of the tax transcript.  The IRS just says they will look into it.  AWESOME!!!
