If you there are forms for you to send in, you can print or view them first. To print out all the worksheets, including the TurboTax worksheets used to fill in the return, there should be an option to download all forms and worksheets in the Print Center.

You print, sign and date the Form 1040 on page 2 of the form. The other forms and schedules that have to be included with the Form 1040 for mailing will have an Attachment Sequence Number located in the upper right corner of the form or schedule. All other worksheets and information only pages are NOT sent with the mailed tax return.

For a state return, that is a little different since there are 40 states that have personal income taxes.
In
Bold
letters for the state return it will have Form or Schedule entered at the top of the page and then there will be a Letter or a Number or a combination of a letter and a number at the top of the form or schedule that has to be included with the state tax return. Again, any worksheets or information only pages are not included with the state return.
