What did you pay for? What do you mean by "this year's taxes"? What tax year are you referring to? Did you pay for 2018 Online TurboTax in advance? How did you pay accidentally? The payment screens are in the FILE section.
I paid for 2018 i was an idiot and didn't correctly read. I was attempting to pay for my 2017 taxes as I had gotten a few extensions.
You said you wanted to "pay for my 2017 taxes." Were you trying to pay for a 2017 tax return that you started in Online TurboTax prior to the October shutdown? You can't finish and file a 2017 return online at this point; you have to use desktop software. Or did you pay for 2018 desktop software instead of 2017 desktop software?

I'm not sure what you mean by multiple extensions, unless you had some special circumstance such as disaster area, being out of country, etc.
If you needed to pay the 2018 fee to unlock the unfinished 2017 return then there is nothing to be refunded ... now you can access the 2017 return and you can use the 2018 account to file the 2018 return.

If you purchased 2018 desktop software (CD/download) by mistake, you can use this online forum to request a refund:
