How to get my $49 back 4 accidental MaxDefend? Didn't know it was included til receipt printed. Don't want it. Shd I use cred card dispute process 2 fix this error?

Update: Got answer to question via "Expert Help" (Turbo Tax Live Premier). Didn't go further into the tax screens after I saw I'd been charged for it.  The expert was able to request a "refund" for the "Max Defend" amount.  It should take 2 - 3 weeks to post back to credit card.  Emailed me confirming action taken and I'll monitor for final resolution.
