How long does it take to get my funds once it’s approved

Are you referring to the Refund Advance? If so, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return. However, the IRS has not begun to process returns as of yet. The IRS will begin processing returns on January 27th so you may not receive your funds until after that date.

What about the Test Batch that was accepted on the 13th of Jan ?   When should we expect our refund ?

The IRS accepted some returns while running a test on their systems as they do every year. However, this will not result in a faster refund. The IRS does not begin processing returns until January 27th. The IRS estimates that most refunds will be sent within 3 weeks after your e-filed returns are accepted and after the opening day of January 27th.
