It can be for different reasons as to why you are seeing no record found. For some listed reasons, please see this TurboTax FAQ. Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)? Also, most tax filers( 9 out of 10) usually receive their refund within 21 days after acceptance, but due to the passage of the PATH act, some tax filers will experience a delay. According to the IRS, EITC/ACTC recipients can expect funds by the first week of March if they chose direct deposit and there are no issues with their tax return.
