How long does it take for my refund to load onto my prepaid card i got in the mail?

You usually get your refund within 3 weeks of the IRS accepting your return.

1. As soon as you get your card, activate it online or over phone by following the instructions on the card sticker.
2. Once the IRS approves and issues your refund, your refund will be deposited directly to your account.

my card is activated and per the IRS the refund has been sent but the issue is there is no refund on my debit card turbo can someone tell me whats going on please?

Per the IRS Refund timing page - it takes additional time for refunds to be processed after leaving the IRS, and for financial institutions to accept and deposit them to bank accounts and products like debit cards. Also, many financial institutions do not process payments on weekends or holidays, which can affect when refunds reach taxpayers.  If you are concerned, please reach out to your financial institution for information on how they process directly deposited funds. If after 5 days you have not received your refund in your account, you may want to contact the IRS.

it was supposed to be sent yesterday. so i dont know whats going on 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
