How in the world do I get a clear answer of when I should get my return deposited into my account? I was accepted on the 19th of January.

If your return was e-filed and accepted, most returns are received with 21 days. For paper filers, it usually takes 6 weeks to process your refund. In some cases your return may be subject to the PATH Act- a law that was passed in 2015 that requires the IRS to hold tax refunds that include Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until February 15, 2018.

See link below that explains more about the (PATH) Act:

If you e-filed you can start by checking your e-file status.

Once your return has been accepted, you'll be able to start tracking your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and then Sent.
Use this TurboTax website to check the status of an e-filed return and if it was either accepted or rejected - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
