How Do I View My Itemized Office Expenses After I Already Filed?

 

I am using Turbo Tax SE and I entered all my office expenses manually line by line so I could keep track... like 

Brio Webcam $200 etc... 

 

How can I go over what I entered if I already filed? My tax return that I downloaded only shows the "miscellaneous other expenses" itemized but I really need to see the ones I entered for "office" again. It only lets me see the total number. How do I view all the separate entries? Thanks

To get back into your e-filed return, you can file the steps below. Once back in the return, go to Schedule C where you can see your office expense entries.

 

To access your tax return after you've e-filed it or printed it as part of mailing your return to the IRS:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax.
  2. Select Tax Home from the menu.
  3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
  4. Select 2021, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you back in).

You'll now be in your return.

Remember:

  • If you've already mailed your return to the IRS, don't e-file it. This can cause problems with the government, including refund delays.
  • If you've already filed your return and you make changes, these changes will be transferred to next year's return if you don't undo them and your information may not be accurate.
  • If you need to change a return you've already filed (for example, you forgot to include a form with your return), you'll have to amend your return.
