How do I view a draft of the actual tax return prior to filing?

Last year I could view a draft before I paid for the return and before I filed.  How do I do that?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
