YEs, I e-filed (as indicatated in original question) Yes, I transmitted and got a transmittal response from TurboTax ( as indicated in the original question ). Yes, I was billed by Turbotax and the charge is on my credit card. NO, I have not received the second email after 3 days, nothing but silence. When I try to look at the status of my return, my Intuit account shows NOTHING has ever been filed.
I'd try using TurboTax Premier that you filed with to check on your e-file status by going to the File tab. Then there's a "sub-tab" for Check E-file Status.
If it says, Pending, then we're still waiting for the government to process your return.
For a Rejected status - you'll need to fix something, and e-file again.
When you do get Accepted and don't make any changes to info, make sure to go into the product and check e-file status. Then save the tax return, that'll save some additional info for next year's process.
