It looks like you are using Live Self-Employed. With that Live feature you are entitled to live on-demand help from a CPA/EA tax pro and continued tax help/advice during the year.
You can reach a live tax expert during the hours of 8AM-5PM Pacific, Monday-Friday.

1st you should check your return for data entry errors. this is the most common reason when you get a large tax bill.
the second most common reason is you got income that wasn't entered - maybe a 1099 for SE income. sometimes the contractor sends 1099's to the IRS but not to the recipient

tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer
Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says
"Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you
what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter
concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
