How do I receive my refund from Intuit once cash app has denied and returned it?

I received an email from Intuit saying that they have taken their payment out of my refund and sent the rest to my cash app well when I signed into my cash app it says that it had been received but denied and sent back to the originator which I'm guessing is Intuit.. what do I do to get them to send it back or can they?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
