There is the blue status bar that is only half full on your main screen. That tells you if your refund has been accepted or not. Once it has been accepted the bar will progress further and give you an estimated date of deposit. It's usually pretty spot on to the day you will receive your money but you wont know the exact date until then. I usually log in every day until it tells me my estimated date.

Typically you will receive your refund in about 21 days after you tax return has been filed with the IRS if you filed electronically and selected direct deposit.
