How do I get connected to a Tax Expert? I do not want to get started and be told that since we started the process, that Turbo Tax can not do the taxes. This happened ???

My Husband had to retire because of health reasons. He had a settlement from Long term Disability and we received a letter about "pay back". We do not know how to report these situations...?
