I'm looking for my 2020 tax return to complete my e-file.
To access a prior year's return with TurboTax, you want to make sure you are using the same TurboTax account as in prior years. If that still does not work for you, you can order a tax transcript from the IRS using the link provided below:

How to Access prior year online returns
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/00/27010
If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.
If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.
Or request a transcript from the IRS

i filed 2020 tax with turbo tax and i have recently received
from the IRS a bill for 4930 due by june 22, 2022. i need to look at the documents and have not been able to get to and are a to do this. can you help. judy moore
@judy moore No one else has access to your account or your tax returns. You have to access your own account using the the account and user ID that were used when you prepared your return.
@judy moore It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
You can also request a transcript from the IRS
