How can I request to have a new turbo tax refund card sent?

If you would like to request a replacement for your Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card, you may click here to report it lost/stolen or contact the Customer Care department toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Once your card has been reported lost, stolen, or damaged, the balance is then transferred to the new card and shipped to the address on file. There is also a $5 fee for each replacement card ordered.

Never got a card and can't get a human on the line to fix the issue.  Scam scam scam... Now I'm not gonna get my refund. Thanks jerks.

Going through the same bull crap I have used turbo tax for years n it has always been great now the bank says my refund was sent to a card I never received n I can't get a real person on the card phone line

UGh this never happened when they used NetSpend.  What a freaking scam.  I have about had it with Turbo Tax after this fiasco.  Used them for years but next year it will be someone else.

I never received my card as well and every time I call a representative they hang up in my face. I won’t even receive my taxes this year over this. This should most definitely be illegal and I’m NEVER filing with them again.

When you call the number choose option  1 not the report never received.  Takes awhile but you will get to a person and if ya bitch loud enough you get it fed exd have you created your account with turboprepaidcard?  It will get you the llast 4 numbers of the card which you will need

Sorry shouldn't have said option 1.  You first have to set up the online account at turboprepaidcard.com and get the last 4 numbers of your card.   They you call and after the announcements it asks you to enter the last 4 digits of your card.  enter them and you will get to a human.  and plan to be on hold for awhile.  A lot of people are looking for their cards

How long did it take your card with fed ex? & did they give u a confirmation number to track it? @chelrhea

They ship it 3 day.  And I actually got mine in 2 days (don;t count weekends)  Yes you can get the tracking number

no it isn't you are charged 5 a month just for their service.  when you get your card withdraw all your money and cancel it.   and all you have to do is ask for the tracking number
