What if I can't import my 1099?
Just to clarify, are you trying to enter your bank account information so that you can receive your tax refund but TurboTax is not accepting it?
Yes. I've used the same retirement fund and an IRA for years, same names. The names are even correct on the Review page but when I get to the page where it wants the name of the institution, and it gives you options, it doesn't recognize the very names I had last year.
